I'd never had Firehouse food. I ordered their special Smoked Turkey Breast and it was a real pleasure. plenty of meat, veggies, cheese and lightly toasted. The potato Soup was good, it did have a slight lemony note that I enjoyed. Although $6.00 for approximately 4 oz of soup is way to high. I ordered the bowl as you can see in my picture, plus it was thin(watery like) and they forgot the cheese,sour cream, and bacon toppings. But Soup was tastey, gave me a reason too slurp from my spoon. I am sure it's now MY new go to for Sub sandwiches

The Carmel onions made the sandwich so good and have so much flavor! I wish I would have order 2 of them! The meat was great quality and I suggest even one try firehouse subs it is a no brainer when they offer 50% vs other local sandwich shops we won't say their name!

ordered white bread received wheat. I let it pass. but when I took a bite I tasted bitterness. I thought pickles? 2nd bite worse very bitter. took a bite of fillings individually and cucumbers were bitter. removed them but they were under turkey on bread and bread turkey and lettuce wee bitter.Hook & Ladder® I decided to just eat sSoup potatoe and Garlic Bread . Soup bowl was only 3/4 full. Garlic Bread and soup were delicious. please reimburse for sandwich and 1/2 of soup please. $18× for sandwich and $7.60 for 3fourths of bowl is expensive. never this problem at this store.

Very mediocre sandwich with generic deli meat. The portions are good but the quality of the bread and meat is not on par with Jersey Mikes for very similar prices.

Hook & Ladder®sandwiches very delicious and it's a warm sandwich, very tasty. I just wish the pickle Spear was the same size as before. Really need more than 1/5 of a medium pickle. Especially for the LG sandwich, maybe 2 pickle spears are appropriate with a few napkins. I don't understand why restaurants always forget napkins. ty.
