dripping wet sandwiches, to the point the bag had a hole in it, bread essentially disintegrated into a mush like substance. I have no idea why they were soaking wet, absolutely terrible.

• 6/15/26Hook & Ladder® I deliberately UNchecked ham and just wanted turkey. Very disappointed to see ham was included with less turkey meat. Also, lettuce and veggies seemed like they were not fresh. I have ordered here many times and am shocked at the lack of care put into this order

• 5/27/26Smoked Turkey Breast was a wonderful sub. I've found my new sub place. Very good. I only wish they had the option for requesting Extra ingredients when ordering.
