I'm sorry I usually love your sandwiches but the turkey sub had hardly any turkey on it, the bread wasn't toasted and everything was very bland

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while, and after tonight I finally have to. I was really craving a sandwich, and since Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s were closed, I decided to give this place another try. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed again.
I ordered a tuna sandwich that’s supposed to come with tomatoes and onions, and I also asked for jalapeños and a few other toppings. There was one jalapeño on the side, no tomatoes at all, and way too much tuna mixed with mayonnaise — the whole sandwich ended up soggy.
It just feels like the staff don’t really care about quality or attention to detail. I don’t know why I keep hoping it’ll be better, but after paying nearly $20 for this, it’s really not worth it.

The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ Combo was around $18 and I don't feel like I got enough food for what the price was. The amount of meat inside the sandwich wasn't nearly enough, and both ends of the sandwich were just bread. It did taste good but for the price, it isn't worth it.

Better in person. The sub tasted a bit like the container. My guess is it was in the box to long. The Mac and cheese is ok. Basically less tasty version of paneras.
