The thanksgiving sub is amazing!! Absolutely love everything about it! They had missed my order at first but still earned 5 stars because they quickly rectified the issue and made the order when my dasher had mentioned it to them!

For the amount of money firehouse charges I assum that they put some thought in food preparation. It definitely isn't true now. The quality has been inconsistent but this time around it was the worst. The engineer sub which is generally very well prepared and holds it self almost together was falling apart and it seemed like ingredients were either substituted or missing.
Although more expensive than other sub places we preferred this restaurant for its quality of food. The quality of food and customer service has definitely gone down hill.
The fries didn't have the dips I requested. On mentioning this on call the fist option I got instead of a general sincere apology was that I can get the dipping sauce next time (and so what with it ?)
Definitely won't be our choice of restaurant anymore.

if this is your first time going. just know they steam your entire sub. Meat, Cheese, lettuce etc.. and I watched the worker pour the left over steam water for my topping into the garbage.
if you want a sub for to subway or Mr sub.
