I always get firehouse today's delivery sub tasted different bread didnt taste as fresh, not as much of the mayo, and just seemed smaller amounts of meat ans toppings than usual too. I get firehouse delivered at 1 to 2 times a month and all have been amazing just not this one

Ordered a bowl of Firehouse Chili and the Hook & Ladder Salad. Received wilted lettuce and no salad dressing. The cup of chili was half empty. This purchase was significantly overpriced for these horrible portions.

I have never had such a terrible sub from firehouse. I think there's an entire jar of mayo or sake thing in this and the meat is chewy. Made it through half the sub before I just couldn't do it any more

Steamer was AWFUL - barely any meat at all, so insanely overpriced. Stick with Jason's Deli. Also asked for no Mayo, but was present.
Meatballs are fine - I really need to stick with ONLY meatball subs from this place. Everything else can be gotten much better elsewhere
