Food tasted fine, but for almost $7 the Mac & Cheese should be more than 1/2 full. Very disappointed.

Good and bad. The Hook and Ladder is my fav. But this time the white bread was really dry at one end. I ended up tearing off the top end and I ate it opened face. This location has always been great. I love the food at this location but this time the bread was horrible and there was little Mayo on the sub. But again I have to say that this location usually rocks.

Everything was exceptional, they did forget the chips in the kids meal but the sandwiches were fresh & yummy! The chicken bacon ranch and the Italian are my favorite. My picky granddaughter ate her whole sandwich! She loved it too!

Firehouse Subs is so hit and miss and there's just no consistency. The meat, produce, etc are good, but the sandwich makers are not. Sometimes the sandwiches are a complete mess - like the meat on a large sandwich is all piled into one big wad on one side of the bread or actually not even on the bread at all! Just slow down a little bit guys. It actually does make a difference in how the sandwich tastes.

very sad how places charge more but quality control has gone down. Sub not toasted. Asked for no onions there was extra. Mac & cheese had to be reheated. I'm a mile away it should have been plenty hot. My brownie is at least 2 days old, hard and dried out. disappointed.
