I've ordered twice from local and both times all 5 sandwiches arrive super soggy, cucumbers cut into huge chunks instead of slices with only one slice of ham and one of turkey. Very disappointing sandwich and I hate melted cheese and I usually order cold and get hot but don't know if it's DoorDash or firehouse

Allergy safe! I door dashed a steak and cheese sandwich on gluten free bread. They were out of the bread, but sent the contents of the sandwich in a bowl. As a celiac, I appreciate that so much!

The Meatball was ok. Somebody left it in the oven too long. The bottom was over toasted and hard & the top was very light... it also desperately needed sauce on the sauce( as requested). The New York pastrami sandwich had hardly any meat and was flattened like Cuban. I wouldn't buy this again. My husband tossed it. Not a good value at all. I'm surprised that Firehouse let these sandwiches go out the door. It could've been because they were closing but for $27 for two subs no way hopefully Firehouse will get this message and reach out to me as the customer and offer me replacements how they should be. I've never used this. Firehouse as we are new to the area. I've always had good experiences until now.

The sandwich was so smothered in ranch it took the whole quality of the sandwich away. I could only eat a couple bites and I wasted a lot of money on this order.
