Absolutely the best! The Hook & Ladder® is amazing. Their Garlic Bread is cooked perfect. And the Loaded Potato Soups is out of this world!

We usually have a great experience with FH but today our order was missing 3 items, the sandwiches were drenched in mayo and thrown together so sloppily. Package arrived in great condition so it wasn't dashers fault.

One measly slice of meat on my roast beef sandwich. This place used to be really good, but what I just paid for was pathetic.

the meatball sub tasted like they gave me the bottom of the pan. dried up and hard meatballs with no sauce. I stood in line for over 5 min and watched my sub sit in the roaster. then had to wait for them to make my other sub.
