One of the best subs I've had in a long time. Hook & Ladder® with caramelized onions and peppers was the way to go. I'd put it up against any cold cut sub, anywhere. The Firehouse Chili on the other hand was good but nothing great. Standard fare that's missing that kick.

I feel like I've gotten bread that wasn't very soft previously but tonight both the Italian subs were amazing with soft, fresh bread. Delicious! Very filling and a good deal.

Very disappointed sandwich! Hardly no items on the sandwich. For a $20 sandwich, it should be a lot more. I won't be ordering again. Taste and freshness was okay but portion size was very very very lacking.

Hits the spot every time. This is one of the few restaurants that never messes up an order. The hook and ladder is delicious.

The Italian sub and Turkey Bacon Ranch sub were both drenched in dressing. It was nasty. Soaked the bread and ran all over the boxes. No one could possibly want that amount of dressing without making a special request. Waste of money.
