We ordered for the first time. Food was excellent however we ordered one sub, upgraded to the garlic bread. It was not garlic bread just regular wheat bread. Paid $1.09 for the upgrade. So just watch. I am new to ordering at this place so navigating seemed tricky for me. The club on a sub was excellent. You could taste the honey ham for sure. I will order again without the garlic bread option so there is no confusion next time.

We ordered a steak sub on Saturday and it was great. Lots of meat, moist, and to order. Then we ordered tonight and there was far too little meat, and there waa no Italian dressing on it so it was very dry. We don't have dressing at home so we had to eat it like that. I tried to call several times but I was unable to get through. So, it was great the first time but very disappointing the second time.

First time having a sub from Firehouse Subs and it was delicious. I like the portion sizes and the freshness. I especially love how the packaged the sub. Instead of it being wrapped up in a bag it's wrapped in a container. I would definitely order again.
