The Italian Sub was EXCELLENT. I have tried subs from other restaurants and the Firehouse Subs are by far the best subs I have ever had. Plenty of meat, veggies, sauces, etc. I will definitely continue getting my subs from the Firehouse Subs. Thank you!

This place has AWESOME subs!!! I am having the steak and Firehouse Steak & Cheese® and the chopped pickle plus the side pickle spear is out of this world. My husband's Italian is also delicious. Cant beat the best. Love the wheat buns and toasted is also awesome!!!

I don't know what dark ritual they performed to be allowed access to a french fry recipe this good, but it was worth it.
This sounds like the weirdest thing to say about a sub place, but these are the best fries I've ever had. They got the process and cut down perfect in a way that makes the *entire* fry, inside and out, golden crispy.
Seriously, I'm gonna nerd out here a moment. They either cut or smash their french fries in a way that lets the fry oil get to as much of the potato as possible from the start of the frying process. Maximum amount of water boiled out as quickly as possible, so every fry is cooked perfectly from end to end, inside and out.
And since they've driven out way more moisture than normal, the fries *last*, as in they don't get soggy and reheat very well. Humidity is the doom of fried food deliveries, and these Fries beat those odds. I'm gonna have to stop by and see how good they are fresh out of the oven. I assume oven, because I can't imagine a Firehouse location squeezing space for fryers to get these done. Which also means they reheat perfectly in the oven.
Hopefully your Firehouse gets the same Fries mine are selling, because these things are ENGINEERED to be good.

Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ Combo, 16 oz drink feels cheap-why not 20 oz? Brisket was tough, sandwich was messy and thrown together. Brownie was gross.

The New York Steamer® was dry, as in not enough mustard.
The Side Salad didn't come with the Lite Italian dressing I requested and was on receipt. Good thing I had recently received a salad dressing in my grocery order.
