• 4 days agoI have had you Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket across this country and Canada. This is the first time I have had a nasty meal. Thrown together, not much cheddar, no provolone and the brownie was dry, threw that out and the free chips were not included. Extremely disappointed. Will be eating Jersey mikes the rest of my trip.

• todayI'll start with the fact that I have eaten at locations all over America and Canada and never had a bad meal. The opposite, I always comment on how consistent your products are.
This night the staff must have been way off par. The cheddar brisket was terrible, tough, no flavor, minimal cheese, I paid for extra provolone, and it was not there. My order included a free item. The chips were not included. Lastly, the brownies were so dry they went right in the garbage with my dinner. Extremely disappointed in the meal and the fact that no one responded to the review. From now on you lost a customer to Jersey Mikes who still maintains the highest level of consistency from site to site and actually responds if you have a missed item.

• 10/11/23I only gave the thumbs down on the Mac n chz because it was 5.60 for a side order n the container was barely half full. The Mac n chz its-self was very tasty which only made matters worse because it just left me wanting more. Had the container been full to point it should have been for that price I would have been a happy comper n not minded paying that much for it. Obviously cuz I did order it knowing the price in advance. Fill up the container...PLZ!!!

• 12/24/25certainly disappointed in the subs. not much meat. was soggy, and simply not worth what I paid for 2 medium subs. between door dash and tip and cost of 2 medium subs was $41. oo. I figured they would be piled with meats and veges. boy was I wrong.Italian Club on a Sub™

• 10/23/24I've ordered this same Italian sand before but this time the bread was soggy and the taste seemed off. I did notice the sandwich came from a different location so not sure if that was a factor or just simply an off day. I will reorder im sure.
