Great tasting Pecan Pie Bar very close to as good as mom's Pecan Pie and I still have all my teeth! The Smoked Turkey Breast was savory and delicious too, especially on *MED WHEAT GARLIC BREAD

Ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich with a side of gravy you are supposed to dip it in, which costs extra, and I didn't receive it. The sandwich barely had any cranberry sauce in it too which was also disappointing. I ordered a cookie and didn't get that as well. First time and last time ordering from here!

The subs we received definitely did not compare to what we have come to expect from Firehouse! The veggie was cold, almost zero filling except for cheese and tomato. None of the requested other fillings. Yuck!

What a an epic fail and disappointment! It had been over a decade since we last ordered from Firehouse Subs, and thought we'd try them again. Wrong answer.
Both my wife's Firehouse Meatball sub and my Hook & Ladder sub were terrible. The toppings were scarce to not applied, and the lettuce smelled and tasted like it was old, soggy and rotting. We both were not able to finish our subs.
Also, we both ordered Cajun Fries, yet we both received regular fries with NO Cajun seasoning with NO Firehouse Hero Sauce.
Poor quality was one of the reasons we stopped patronizing Firehouse Subs, and your quality has only become worse, and at multiple locations. What a shame. Especially since we remember when you served a quality product!
Firehouse Subs, you have forever lost our business.

I really love the Firehouse Meatball it's really good. The portions is really good. I do love how warm and fresh it is still I did order with no pickle, but they accidentally ordered me some pickles but that's OK. I removed it since I don't like pickles because of how strong the odor and the taste is not my favorite, but I'll definitely order this again overall this is really good
