Firehouse Meatball® was good as always. Though I am sure to get some heat from this, I think it's better than most moms and pops places. I downrated because there is no reason to charge $4.05 for a Large Fountain Drink. It's ridicules and cost the store like 50 cents.

This sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had from Firehouse. It had 2 very thin slices of meat. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Had a meatball sauce that had no sauce at all and was toasted twice as much as it should have been. Not good at all this time and typically it is spot on!! This should not have been given to a customer.

Had my food door dashed and none of the food was sealed! I called and asked them to remake the sandwich and pick it up thereafter and the manager was very difficult and blamed DoorDash when the food was never sealed in the first place! Very disappointed!

Im glad I added lettuce and tomatoes to my Firehouse Steak & Cheese® because there was hardly any meat. No flavor at all.
