ordered onions on my large sandwich and found only 2 small pieces. Also ordered a bowl of loaded potato soup with added bacon onions and chese. Idid not recieve the add ons, the soup bowl was only 3/4 full and it was so thick I could hold the bowl upside down and nothing fell out. the SOUP was the consistency of a thick potato salad

if you pay for a bowl of soup, it shouldn't come half filled.this french dipshould come with auju! if not, it's just a roast beef sansandwiche. why should I pay more than the regular one?

some of the best food I've ever had. the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ is packed with flavor and the garlic butter just ads to the flavor

The first restaurant to make things right due to unexpected issues in advance.
2 items were not available, and I was unaware, but instead of leaving me hanging, Firehouse let my driver know and provided 2 free coupons of equal value, no expiration, to replace the items.
Will order again without hesitation.
