the last 2 times the potato soup has been cold , potatoes were very firm. and very few potatoes in soup. very disappointed

I used to love this place. lately the quality of the food is very poor. the bread is either stale or old and the last three times I got potato soup it was extremely old, Brown looking and burnt taste
and $5 a small bowl I want a refund

Hook & Ladder.®had little to no meat on it. 2 slivers of onion. Never had a sandwich made so poorly from FireHouse. The Side Salad is supposed to have green peppers and there wasn't any. The amount of salad dressing they gave me was enough for maybe 1/3 of the salad. No knife included to cut up the onion and tomato. Will never order from this location again. Just awful
