The new fries are amazing! I don't usually like thick fries from fast food places because they usually end up soggy and bland. But these were perfect, crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. I'm a big fan!

The sub was super thick and full of the ingredients I asked for. The bread wasn't soggy at all but still had plenty of oil and vinegar. Well done. And great price for the size of this thing!

Ordered two sandwiches, regular cheetos and a drink. I received one sandwich, flaming cheetos and a drink. The sandwich I did receive tasted like an entire bottle of salt was dumped on it. I could even feel the crunch of salt in my teeth. Not what I'd expect from a place serving $20 sandwiches.

Bread was stale on both he cheesesteak and steamer. Meat was dry on both. Disappointed as we typically get good quality from them.

I buy the Engineer alway.This time I got an onion sandwich. There was a small amount of meat covered with big raw onions. That's all you tasted. I took them all off and what was left was bread tasting like onions.
