We had the Steak & Cheese Melt & The New York Steamer®
Both were excellent!
THIS is what a sandwich should taste like!
Fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, fresh bread and excellent service!
5/5!

I can't believe I paid money for this is my thought as I stomach these abysmal sandwiches.
I was really hyped to try out this place as I had heard so many good things about the chain over the years but boy oh boy did it ever fall flat on its face. To assure you it wasn't the driver, he arrived here 7 minutes after leaving the restaurant, if your food can't survive 7 minutes travel you have a problem and should not be on these services for delivery.
The lettuce? wilted and soggy, shredded and the worst quality I've seen on a sandwich aside from subway.
The bread? crazy soggy both inside and out (especially out), low quality bottom of the barrel rolls.
the 'veggies'? barely existent, I had peppers and cucumbers alongside the lettuce and tomato and I could barely see any.
The meats are there and decent amount, I guess? But that's about all this sandwich has going for it.
for $34+tax (by the way, the markup they're making on these is 4-6 dollars each sandwich, nearly half the cost of some of these, above instore prices so like $10 extra for two) reaching $44 after tip and fees this is really unacceptable.
To top it off, the menus on both delivery services are a mess, some missing options the other has, variable down to specific sandwiches, BOTH missing the crucial travel option of having sandwiches prepared cold too.
Highly disappointed, not going to be ordering again, and at the bare minimum I wouldn't suggest you do either unless you're picking up and live very close or they add a deliver cold option but aligning prices closer to instore would also be a good move. The search for a good sandwich that travels well continues, this ain't it fam.
