I ordered the New York Steamer with corned beef & pastrami, provolone cheese, mayo & mustard. Soooo goood!!! Thought I would need something like tomato to moisten the sandwich, but that was not at all needed. You get a lot of these meat without having to order any extra. And the bread is nice & fresh & still warm. WOW! I am so glad that I tried this one!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I also got a bowl of potato soup that was so delicious it could pass for chicken & dumpling. (for those picky eaters - just don't tell them -lol) Their cookies & brownies are home made - you can tell. You'll not have to guess what I'll order next time!! lol

The loaded potato soup was absolutely delicious !! The bacon and onions added to the flavor and the cheese! The cheese was just the right amount. It was melmeltyttying and the cheese pull was great! I was disappointed that even though my order and my receipt said it was a bowl it wasn't bowl. it was a cup.The Thanksgiving sandwich was just ok. The ratio.of turkey and cranberry wasn't good and ththe there was too much stuffing. the stuffing had a good flavor but it overpowered the sandwich. The bread wasn't toasted either making it a little mushy.

The BBQ Cuban sub is soooo good and has quickly became one of my absolute favorite subs! Ive actually never had a bad sub from Firehouse Hero®!

Chicken dumpling soup more like chicken broth. Very little dumplings or vegetables and not thick like the picture shows, watery.

The sandwich was awful, special instructions were not followed and it tasted like the dumped a tub of deli mustard on the sandwich. I have eaten here plenty of times before, never experienced this. Go to another one
