We got a Hook & Ladder along with a Firehouse Meatball, arrived early for pickup, staff were first class, told me they were running the order and it'd be a few minutes, a few minutes later I'm taking home two of the freshest, tastiest subs we've ever had, first class guys. A++++

Second visit, had their Italian, it was so good I had to watch Goodfellas whilst eating it, first class sandwiches, would always visit this store too, top staff.

Everything was great I only had a problem with my Italian sandwich it was just a mess when I received and I paid for the mushrooms and had like 4 slices of mushrooms. Other than that the sandwiches were insanely good

the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was soo good! Usually its really messy and I can't stand that but this time it was made and packaged neatly; and held together while I ate it. definitely the best today!

Both the Hook and Ladder are Italian are as fresh and tasty as can be! I'll definitely order again!! The combination of mayo, Italian dressing and Italian seasoning make a great substitute for the creamy Italian I've been craving since I moved out west. It's perfect!!
