Bought the largest Cold Italian™ for my brother and his wife to split. She ate all of hers and said it was excellent. My brother ate half last night and the rest tonight. He said it was delicious but we asked for no mustard and it had mustard on the sandwich. It did not ruin the sub for him and my sister in law didn't even notice.

good was incorrect. bread was cold and hard, normally it's toasted & cheese melted. specially asked for no onions and got onions. opted for a side pickle for my partner and i both- neither of us received pickles. just poor business. firehouse use to be so great.

Everyone enjoyed their sub. Firehouse is consistently good, although a little pricey. Great sub roll, with quality meats, cheeses, and toppings though, so it's worth it. Only downside is the bottom of the sandwich gets a bit soggy with wet/cold ingredients during lengthier delivery times.

Hook & Ladder Salad was not the best. I've had it before, and it was good. This time, the meat and cheese were good, but the lettuce was old. Most of it inedible

Sandwich was good as always but they forgo to add my chips and bottled sprite that was an extra 5-6$ and wasted money. Also Itried calling matth my driver after he left so see if there was any he could do but I had my calls screened by him
