The sandwiches are good but the staff there is less than average, I won't be going back to this Firehouse anytime soon

Added the Italian Dressing to the Hook & Ladder.® and it was delicious! Item felt fresh when I tried it and it was super filling! Will definitely be ordering again!

All i gotta say is better than Subway and Jersey Mikes, i love the flavor of the meat in here so much more ! I always come here for sandwiches perfecy !

My Dasher was waiting over 10min for my order. I tried calling the store for an update on my order, and they HUNG UP ON ME!! When I finally received my order, it was all in disarray in the bag, and then I noticed that my sandwich only had one side of the bread.

Ordered from DoorDash and let's just say everything was flavorless and dry. My Italian™ sub; the bread was chewy and the sandwich itself was bland. The Loaded Potato Soup had no flavor and seemed really thick.
