With the gluten free bread it was a bit dry. All of my customizations were correct, I wish I could have asked for oil and vinegar on the bread. The Hook & Ladder® was a good value for my money and the portion sizes were awesome.

I've been a fan of firehouse but this most recent order was awful. My large engineer had a total of 3 mushrooms and 3 tiny slices of tomato, plus the bread tasted old. Didn't taste good at all compared to usual... probably will only dine in from now on because I doubt they'd make it this badly in front of my face.

Asked for no pickle for one but got a pickle anyway lol however their food is always good and I got both 50% off so I cannot complain entirely, both subs came warm and fresh.

Good was really good. The chili container was only half full though. Not exactly a great value for the cost.
