Haven't had firehouse in over a decade because it used to give me a headache, but figured I'd try it again after it was just voted top sub on the island. My local brethren… this place is horrible! Hyper processed, slimy bacon, gas station quality... even worse than I remembered

Hook & Ladder® was delicious even tho that pickle was hiding back there. it's ok, I gave it a safe home in the trash. Garlic Bread was equally delicious and no pickle hiding there. I really didn't want to re-home a second pickle. 🤣

I grew up in N.Y. and I know what a meatball sub is about. Your meatballs are good. Your bread sucks and you didn't have any sauce on it. Meatball subs are supposed to be sloppy and whoever heard of put in bacon on ameatball sub.

The sandwich I ordered was so skimpy on the meat, a total rip off. I have never been more disappointed in a sandwich. I would say 7-11 has better food. Really unimpressed and will never order from here again.
