TL:DR If you like Italian Subs, or are used to classic family delis in cities up North give this sub a try.
Not to sound like some wanna be Yelp crittic or something, because this is my first review (and probably only) and I am only leaving it because when you have a string of unforunate events and theres one thing that kinda lifts your spirits time after time, you gotta give thanks.
The Firehouse Italian Sub is always my go to. I won't go anywhere else in NC. The Italian IMHO has a perfection combination and amount of meats (you can get 2x meat if youre trying bulk or just a big eater), with veggies that only compliment the sandwhich, and a great sauce for extra flavor, all in between what is in my personal opinion the best bread I can find at any sub shop/ deli in the South. It is always authentically warm and toasty unlike other places that have "toasters" leaving your food feeling... Off. So when life gives you lemons, order Firehouse.

OmG all my veggies were fresh on my Subs bread tastes freshly made and the texture of my turkey subs was outstanding it was delicious I definitely would recommend Fire House any time

My 86yo mom in-law gets this sandwich regularly. She looked at the sandwich when it arrived and was so delighted. She said "the person that made this, made it with care. Other times I've received it just thrown together. Now, this is a sandwich." Thank you for making it a great experience for her!

Getting really poor about adding meat. You mostly get bread and veggies. Once Firehouse was established in Monroe, they're getting really bad. Do better guys. We pay a lot for these subs. Subway adds much more meat to their subs.
