The Firehouse Chili was delicious, but the Firehouse Meatball® was incredibly dry with almost no marinara sauce on it. Also, I always get mayo on my sub but there was no option for that under sauces. very disappointing when you pay $20 for a sub

Not bland it was like the meat sat out overnight in a pan of juice that saturated the bun and it disintegrated. Just moved here from Mississauga the one there is top notch, tries this a 2nd time to see if that was a 1 off and it was not this food is horrible and should be reported to their head office but RBI has hoarded too many Fast food chains to care. Great Brand this location is just very poorly run a shame that 50. dollars worth of food ended up in the garbage!

It looks a little smaller than the previous time I ordered the sub club, but then again I could be wrong as I was super hungry this time round. Super great sandwich and I think I might order again now.

I love the side pickles. Thats why order from them. But it came without pickles. Even I selected the pickles
