Engineer®Firehouse Hero® both subs tasted great! Portion was large so I had some leftover. The vegetables were fresh and crispy. My go to place when I want a sub.

The Thanksgiving Sub was scrumptious! It was stuffed with so much turkey, I felt spoiled! The stuffing and cranberries were so tasty. This time, I added caramelized onions and caramelized veggies. Chef's kiss! 😋

Engineer®Firehouse Hero®Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™were all amazing. They were all vvery large and had a good portion of meat. The condiments were fresh and delicious. Definitely would order again.

The sandwhiches were good.
The wait was the issue.
I ordered online for 12-12:10 pick up and I didn't leave until 12:30.
I was late for work. It was so busy, and they were just trying to catch up, but another communication form should be considered.
