One of the best turkey subs I've ever had. The engineer is absolutely delicious. Turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, mayo. It was so fresh and tasty. I will not go anywhere else for sub sandwiches. Amazing.

Awesome subs and sides as always. I have eaten most of the menu over time, but I lean back to the Hook & Ladder.®, fully involved. All the subs are great, but that one is incredible. It's hot, fresh and delicious.For dessert, the Cookie never disappoints. 😋

I had several items on the order. The hook n ladder was ordered without a onions, it came with onions. I ordered the kids meal grilled cheese and a cookie. The crusts were over cooked and hard, i had to cut them off and there was no cookie. Toddler wouldn't touch the sandwich. I ordered the italian with olives. Initially I thought there weren't any, but after lifting everything off the sandwich, I found the olives. I'm extremely disappointed that somebody doesn't check out/QC each order before they bag it up to send it. The correct items were listed on the outside of the bag. Highly disappointed!

Fries were ok. Seems like the price has increased and what you get on the sandwich ( both hook and ladder and roast beef) has decreased. As always, their bread was delicious!

It was delicious, however... it completely fell apart after the first bite. Not just from the filling, the actual bread fell apart. Delicious, but if you don't enjoy sloppy food... thick twice or invest in napkins.
