I always call to make sure they are made aware that I have Celiacs Disease. The staff are always super friendly and extremely helpful when making sure my food doesn't get contaminated by gluten! And the food is sooooo good!

Awesome subs and sides as always. I have eaten most of the menu over time, but I lean back to the Hook & Ladder.®, fully involved. All the subs are great, but that one is incredible. It's hot, fresh and delicious.For dessert, the Cookie never disappoints. 😋

I had several items on the order. The hook n ladder was ordered without a onions, it came with onions. I ordered the kids meal grilled cheese and a cookie. The crusts were over cooked and hard, i had to cut them off and there was no cookie. Toddler wouldn't touch the sandwich. I ordered the italian with olives. Initially I thought there weren't any, but after lifting everything off the sandwich, I found the olives. I'm extremely disappointed that somebody doesn't check out/QC each order before they bag it up to send it. The correct items were listed on the outside of the bag. Highly disappointed!

Fries were ok. Seems like the price has increased and what you get on the sandwich ( both hook and ladder and roast beef) has decreased. As always, their bread was delicious!

The small brisket and cheddar had meat and toppngs on one half of the sandwich. Enjoy your bread folks! Pitiful...
