We really enjoyed firehouse we ordered when they first opened and honestly no problems nothing missing food was hot and well made .would recommend the chili it was great

We love firehouse subs and were excited to see we could have it delivered on a stressful day. With three young kiddos at home, delivery is so helpful, despite the increased spending (quite a bit). Unfortunately, our order arrived incorrect which led to less of a stress relief than expected. We ordered the large fry and received the regular size (meaning less food for one kid) and ketchup with them which it didn't come with (we were out). And the kicker, we ordered two of the three packs of cookies and only got one, so not everyone had a treat.
I will note that the food we received was delicious, we just had a bit more of a challenging night that we would have hoped with our decision to "order in to make things easier". Not sure we will take the risk again, especially given the added cost on door dash.

Missing the pickle. Missing the sauce for the fries. But good taste. A little thin on the meat especially for a large.

I ordered to two combo meals and our potato chips were missing. They put the wrong sodas in the bag. I ordered one Coke and one Dr.Pepper and received two Cokes. I spent well over $40 for this meal and expected everything to be accurate.
