I never leave reviews but this Hook & Ladder® was INCREDIBLE!!! Fantastic presentation, it tastes awesome, and the Potato Soups is just the cherry on top!! The fact that they're staying this consistent all the way up to close (late night order lol) knocks my socks off! way to go!!

Really more like a 4-star meal, but the sandwiches were half off. The Firehouse Meatball® was excellent, and the Italian was fresh, tasty, though a little sweet for some reason. The Hook & Ladder.® wasn't really noteworthy, but no complaints. Would definitely order again on discount. The meatball would be worth full price.

Our sandwiches were good overall, he bacon was missing even though it was paid for and listed on the receipt for our Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich. the potato soup was a bit on the watery side, but the flavor was good.he Carolina Gold Triple Stack was great, i loved the sweetness of the BBQ sauce, I would order it again, but would probably get the sauce on the side if possible.

First time trying firehouse subs and it did not disappoint the Italian™ sub taste amazing and fresh! I will definitely be ordering from here from now on. The only downside of it is that I didn't receive my Brownie but other than that it's great.

Sandwich was very good. The cookies were burned and inedible. We said no pickle. An unwrapped pickle was in the container and leaked into one of the cookies..
