• 11/22/25Messy. So much mayo squishing out the sides on all sandwiches. Sandwiches were all hot and toasted and not ordered that way. Hook and Ladder and Italian both have wilted lettuce. Pictures will be attached. Will not order from this location again!

• 8/27/24I love firehouse subs, but unfortunately I just received a sandwich the size of a breadstick. The sand which was delicious but it was comically small.
