My Uber Eats order was canceled and refunded because they couldn’t find a driver. That wasn’t going to work for me—I had a craving. DoorDash enters the chat.
I was surprised when the driver handed me two bags. Firehouse recognized my name and gave me both sandwiches, even though technically I hadn’t paid for the first order. I called and offered to pay, but they said no.
Excellent customer service. My sandwiches were delightful and delicious. Totally recommend.!!
