Firehouse Salad with Grilled Chicken and Steak & Cheese Melt were delicious. Had never had their french fries before but this will not be the last time. Best FRIES EVER!!

I didn't receive my cookies or bottles of soda and the sandwiches barely had any condiments on them. I also said no pickles and they put a pickle right up against each sandwich so they were soggy. Just a very poor job all around.

No bacon on my sandwich that I added and paid for. And the bag they used was paper, so my cold drinks got the bag wet and it was falling apart

The Italian meat was very non-fresh tasting almost like it made you wonder why it was buy one get one free. just didnt taste good.
