Tuna Salad sub is great, quality ingredients, filled full so you definitely get your money's worth. The Loaded Potato Soup is awesome too.

I don't normally comment on my orders but this Firehouse Sub "Hook & Ladder" was most excellent tasting and it truly was "Off the Hook."
What made it even better was the 2 for price of 1 offer. I tip my hat to Firehouse Subs and will be a repeat customer..

Staff at the Bitters location were very friendly and amenable when I asked about a menu item change. They also let me sample some sauces, offering me a serving of it for my order. Portion on the medium Hook & Ladder.® was plenty, freshly made when at store, and Brownie was scrumptious (idk why you can't order it individually on DD). Would order again if in area.

I came during the lunch rush today and had to wait a few extra minutes for my sub and honestly the experience made it worth it! The staff was so friendly, smiling and engaging with the crowd not to mention thorough as they prepared the orders and treated me like I was their cousin! I will be back (maybe not during the rush lol) for not only the delicious, fresh tuna sub but the experience :) thank you kindly!

Not cheap but who wants that? These are big subs that will fill you up and honestly leave you with enough to have some leftover. Always hits the spot.
