Firehouse Subs was great as always—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and packed with flavor. My order arrived warm and neatly packaged, and the bread was still soft, not soggy. DoorDash delivery was quick and smooth, with updates along the way. Definitely satisfied with both the Hook & Ladder.® andChips. I will be ordering again.

I ordered two bottled coke's and did not get either one. Also ordered chips, didn't get them. Somehow they chose to give me small drink cup with no straw included, couldn't even make it a large after wasting $10 on two items I didn't even get.
Food is good but on top of the above nonsense it always takes an absolute eternity.

I have no problem paying for good quality food, but this time really really skimped with meat I was eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich.

Add a dash of Yellowbird Habonero sauce, and the BBQ Cuban sandwich is truly a taste of Heaven for Kevin!
