Don't be fooled by the yummy, substantial looking sandwich photos on their menu. The New York Steamer® was skimpy. Not only did this sandwich have a pitifully small amount of meat, it wasn't very good quality -- very chewy and overly fatty. The bread was good. I wouldn't recommend this sandwich or this store.

This location is notoriously SLOW-and has missing items almost every time I order. This time-
NO PICKLES in any of 4 sandwiches.... WTF?! Also was missing coke on combo. & missing extra chips I ordered.
They are also making bread smaller so it is quite dry now and reduced amount of meat so sandwiches not great anymore. If I'm gonna pay $20 a sandwich it should be pretty dang good.... rethinking Firehouse which I used to love!! Too bad!! :(

Very helpful an kind staff! Food is delicious! I am not the type to go for subs, but I tried this place for the first time over the weekend and four days later I was craving this place! Ordered the King Hawaiian Sub and the Big Battalion Italian, big servings-two meals worth (for me anyway).

Terrible compared to other locations. All sandwiches missing core ingredients and not toasted . Very dissapointing for the high price.

Quality was extremely poor. Boxes were filthy, meat and veg sliding off the sandwich.
