i am from RI and trying to find meatball that taste like up north is extremely difficult . you have it . pistrami like RI is almost impossible to find and this is the closest to home and if you cooked the pastrami a little longer maybe until the edges crisp a little you would have a RI pastrami flavor for sure . Hooked on Firehouse from a born and raised RI boy .

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Hook & Ladder.® Its always beneficial to me to get 2 when Firehouse has the BOGO deal bc that's my lunch for 2 days!! Its always fresh, warm, & full of flavor!!!

Ive had Firehouse Subs Pastrami sandwich several times before at different locations and this paticular one was unfortunately the worse one I've had. The meat quality was terrible. There was more fat than meat and a small amount of everything. Also, it did not have all of their standard fixings. I dont like to complain but for almost $20 a sandwich (giant) you expect it to be worth it. I will not order again.

the food was not good today . very disappointed especially the Pastrami the meat was almost a 1/4inch thick it made the sandwich terrible. i live the food here and when you get something luke this it is very disappointed so i had to give a 12 sandwich to my dogs . i am not sure who did the meats today but i hope they get better training

This firehouse is HORRIBLE. They always mess up the order and this last time I ordered a large sub for $17 and half of the sandwich had no meat.
