Large subs at a reasonable price point for the amount of meat and quality of ingredients. While my favourite is the limited-time Montreal smoked meat sub, the Hook and Ladder is a good second. While I pass on the pickle most of the time, it is a nice addition. I love the option of turning the sub bun into garlic bread.

They literally never follow the simple instructions. This is now probably the third or fourth time they have not substituted the onions for pickles. I cannot have onions, and I ask for no onions. What happens? I get onions. I ask for pickles instead. What happens? No pickles. Also, the last time I ordered, I didn't even get the drink and fries that come with the meal. This is certainly the last straw. I tried to be nice and let it slide. No more. It's sincerely disappointing and disrespectful, considering how much it all costs. Not ordering again. Not recommending to anyone.
