My first three or four orders from firehouse subs came with soup containers that were only half full. I called the store and asked if they could please fill the containers completely and ever since then, the soups and chili have come full and I really appreciate that. I just received another order today and both soups were an excellent value because the containers were full. Please continue filling your containers and I will continue to order and leave you good reviews. Thanks so much for paying attention to customers. Yay!

I have ordered the chicken and dumpling soup previously and when they were delivered, the containers were half full. This time, I called the restaurant right after I ordered, and when my food was delivered, the containers were full of delicious and wonderful chicken and dumpling soup! I'm extremely happy that the store not only answered the phone after only a couple rings, but that they heard my request and cared about their customer, me. Thank you so much firehouse subs!

The sandwiches are delicious as are the soups. The only issue is that a cup of soup comes only half full. A bowl of soup comes only 3/4 of the way full. I know prices are high, but at least fill up the containers.
The French dip was delicious, but just like the soups, the Au Jus was only filled up 1/4 of the way. There was not enough to enjoy my whole sandwich with.
Firehouse Subs- You make delicious food so please don't ruin it by being short when you're filling up your containers. We will try ordering a few more times, but if the soups and sauces continue to come less than half filled, we won't order anymore. -  unless they're priced at half off. We have been to the restaurant and this does not happen when you're dining at the facility. Soups and sauces are portioned out correctly and I don't want to think that they're taking advantage of DoorDash customers because we are not in house.
I still recommend the food because it is delicious so please correct your soup and sauce portions and all will be good. Your flavors are fantastic and the presentation and packaging of sandwiches is also superior.

I decided to try three of the four subs that were half price in the app.
So good! Italian was solid,Hook & Ladder was good - I added bacon, olives, and cucumber. Spicy Cajun Chicken was great. Took off the jalapeños and added honey mustard dressing. Such a great customization!

We ordered The Engineer, The Meatball, and a side of fries. They are all delicious!! The fries were fresh and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I will be ordering again!
