My hubby says the meatball sub is GOOD. I love the Hook and Ladder because of the dressing and veggies!

I didn'take a picture of the sandwich because I ate it so fast it was amazing! I did notice when I ordered the price stated half off but was charged different. It was good though bread was soft, meat flavorful a bit to much mayo for me personally but I will try another sandwich soon

Last time I ordered, one of my meatballs was old and disgusting-like it had been burnt or sitting under a warmer for a long time. I figured maybe it was just a bad day and tried again last night... this time there were about 3-4 not-so-good meatballs. Not sure what's happening but I'm gonna lay off for a while.

Hook & Ladder.® my fav sandwich was really lacking the meat this time! disappointed for sure, more bread and mayo than anything. ☹️

The only complaint I have is when my food arrived my coke seemed a little flat and, the flavor was so weak I couldn't tell if the machine ran out of syrup or they gave me diet instead of regular. All that aside it was good.
