we ordered 4 subs. all came with provalone and we asked for additional pepper jack cheese. The cheese was mostly transparent on the subs so no way was this additional cheese. Called store and they said they did put it on there. I have pictures of how invisible cheese is. If you do order....DO NOT pay for any extras. So very disappointed in this place.

I'd never had anything from Firehouse Subs before, but I'm a big fan of Meatball Subs. I keep seeing that yours are the best in the US, so I just had to try one out. Oh my word! They're the best I've ever had! Incredible!

Both of my sandwiches looked like this, in total there is probably 1 slice of ham on the entire sandwich and a few scraps of turkey if that.

Did not receive the two bags of chips I paid for and DD refund for the chips was less than what I actually paid. Took a bite of the sub to see if it made up for it and no... really soggy and wet food. BOGO deal not worth it!

Normally, when order other sandwiches, they are packed full of the items, this was lacking ALOT. Random hard chunks of meat, missing ingredients. Sad experience.
