The chicken tenders were great as usual.
I had the GERMAN COMBO PLATTER. I was raised on this type of food and was looking forward to it. The amount of food was generous. I had the späetzle instead of mashed potatoes and that was very nice. The rouladen was delicious. The Jägerschnizel was tasty and tender. It could have done with some gravy and few more mushrooms and bacon bits. The sauerbraten was disappointing. It seems not to have been marinated long enough and was missing flavor. The piece I had was rather thick and tough.

Chicken was dry. The salad had a lot of brown pieces of lettuce. The lettuce was soggy and wilting.
