This place serves healthy food that actually tastes edible. The Belgian Waffle is also crazy delish. The cornucopia of nutrients in the Wild Alaskan salmon, ginger, beet, etc. in my breakfast gave me more energy than anything Starbucks could ever dish out. This place is a hidden gem. Get the Morning Meditation !

I love this restaurant. I just wrote a review but it didn't go on. I love the staff. I love the food. Everything is always fresh and it looks beautiful. They do a great great job. There isn't anything. I don't like about first watch. I'm so glad we have a good one here because it is worth every penny and it is delicious. Everyone is so kind and it's a pleasure eating it. Thank you for making my day a good one I got out of the hospital last night and I don't still don't feel very well but I still feel happy to have people care enough to make their meal look good and taste amazing thank you.

The AM Superfoods Bowl is over $15 but is now only a measly 8 oz cup!!! Very misleading and very skimpy portion. They also failed to include the sea salt for toast, almond butter was dry and pasty. No cutlery included as requested.

This is my favorite place to eat breakfast or lunch!!!! Not only is the staff enjoyable. The food is outrageous. It's fresh. It's tasty. It's creative. It's perfect. They do a fabulous job. I've eaten a lot of good food and the food at the first watch at this one I know there are several but at my first watch, how funny that I call it that is just amazing. I love it. I just got out of the hospital and it was the first thing I had for breakfast. I can't really eat it cause my throat hurts, but I did taste everything and it is awesome just awesome thank you first watch for making today a good day.

This place is usually pretty good, but please don't charge me $6 for a half empty cup of grapes advertised as "seasonal fruit" Disappointed.
