I always get the Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy With Eggs and it hasn't ever let me down. I got my partner the Chipotle Steak & Queso Hash and he confirmed it was a great choice, full of flavor, and it is a big portion!

I’ve consistently been revisiting this First Watch for a year now. Once a week I either DoorDash my order or dine in. I originally made it a part of my routine because the food was consistent. Over time, I’ve been able to get to know the amazing staff due to their exceptional hospitality. Alyssa was the first to know my name and my order. I’ve also had the pleasure of getting to know Micheala, Taylor, Danika, and Aline. In no particular order, all of these servers have gone above and beyond. It’s gratifying to walk in and feel recognized. You are welcomed here and can trust that you will be taken care of. What complements this talented team is supportive and productive leadership. I’ve met one of the managers, Peter, who always shakes my hand. When there was a problem with my order, another manager, Taylor Risco, swiftly and efficiently resolved the issue. The cherry on top was that Taylor Risco probably overcompensated me for what was honestly a very minor inconvenience. Together, the team here continuously demonstrates altruism, respect, and genuine care for their customers. For context, my day job is working at a brunch diner in Denver. Even so, whenever I dine out for breakfast, this First Watch is special for me and many others in this community. Kudos to this team and the culture they have cultivated.

We got the Chickichanga and Elevated Egg Sandwich, and we had to get it a second day in a row it was so good.... in terms of drinks, both were fantastic but we enjoyed the Purple Haze a little more as it was more lemonade-like and the lavender flavor was PERFECT in it. Delicious food and happy with the portion sizes we've received.

I ordered the Trifecta, a usual order of mine & typically something I typically rate 5 stars, but today it just didn't land. I ordered the Belgium waffle (4/5); turkey sausage (2/5 - texture of meat was not great, 3/5 for flavor); egg of medium 3/5 (not great, but not bad), and a side of the million dollar bacon which costs more than it should when it's done right, but today it was overcooked and not flavored well - just slapped together. Overall, not completely satisfied with today's order, but I would order from here again---mostly because I love a Belgium waffle.

Absolutely love this place!! Healthier options, unique and tasty drinks, quality ingredients. Only complaint about this meal was the Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy With Eggs the cup of gravy I got was barely 1/2 full, a full amount would be appreciated in the future. Besides that it was awesome(:
