First time order from this restaraunt. Shocked by how excellent the fish tacos & shrimp tacos are! Very fresh, clean, and excellent flavor without seafood being hidden under any onions or bulky filler veg. The portion size of the fish (4) was outstanding! The shrimp (3) size was very good. The sides were a bit dinky, but the quality of the spinach -bright fresh & the quality of the dirty rice (it has sausage & ground beef) is excellent! The sides are proper deliscious on their own & not an after thought to create bulk. Definitely, I will order again .

Shrimp like rubber, wilted spinach was not wilted and not one but of garlic, gumbo wasn't even a cup just over 1/2 cup for $8, Virginia slaw was old and rubbery. Seafood platter a joke oyster were like rubber all ng with the shrimp. Fries so salty you couldn't eat them

Always deliscious & a favorite...except for individually purchased side sizes as seems like 2tblspoons of rice or spinach/sample size which is disappointing ...it is so good when I first tried it with a meal that I ordered it as additional separate side expecting a larger portion.
The portion size of main dishes are good.

The red beans and rice was terrible. First the size for over $7 is ridiculous. The rice tasted like it was cooked in too much water (mushy) and the beans had no flavor (and no meat at all). The salad was ok... except the disgusting old avocado they put on it. I love avocado but this was all brown and rotten.

The fish were about half the size we normally get. The $7 salad was in a burger size container. Both were disappointing.
Used to love their takeout but if the portions have shrunk this much I'm going to pass on it from now on.
