Milkshake arrived perfectly (was not melted even on a hot summer day) and was delicious! My burger was lettuce wrapped like I asked and they remembered every detail. Only bummer was the regular fries were wayyyy too salty- like couldn't eat them salty and for $6 that's a rip.

This is the third order where I've bitten into hard fatty pieces throughout the meat patties. I was giving Five Guys the benefit of the doubt the last few times this happened, but it's clear now what I can expect should I reorder. It's too hard justifying the higher cost if I'm biting into something un-chewable and having to spit it out. More then half of the burger gets wasted. Never thought I'd ever be saying this, but McD's has the better quality meat now...and at a fraction of the cost!

I order twice a week and today was a bad burger. Burnt flavor/char. Not all the toppings I wanted and foil was ripped so I lost all the good juices

Ordered a little cheeseburger and a regular little fries. Burger was fine. The fries I got were absolutely covered in Cajun seasoning, which I did not ask for. They were so overly seasoned I could not eat them without coughing. The seasoning was so bad it literally covered the entire burger wrapper.
