I ordered the Grilled Cheese Sandwich and added a patty with all my fav toppings and it was DELICIOUS. The Little Fries were seasoned perfectly . I will order again!!!

The lettcue was non existent and old, chopped into pieces. The bread for the bun was soggy. The onions were not grilled but raw. The tomatoe mushy. Actually the worst burger I've had from five guys ever. Very disappointing and for the price unacceptable.

The burgers were labeled but you have to check the receipt to see which is which because they'll be in a different order. The lettuce wraps worked wonderfully! Tho they do get a little messy. The fries get slightly less than fresh on the way, but the dasher went out of her way to get us sauces and stuff for them. What a gem! Portions good as always, not a bad way to do five guys, I might do this again.

we ordered 2 orders of regular fries and both cups came half empty with no fries in the bag either. Each cup was $7.14 so we spent about $15 dollars on what would have been 1 lousy filled cup of fries. As a chain with some of the highest prices, this is ridiculous

The condiments I ordered for the Bacon cheeseburger (grilled onions, ketchup) were put on the BLT instead. Sandwich ruined. The fries were cold, soggy and way over seasoned. I hate to leave less than a 5 star review, but for $47 this experience left more than one bad taste in my mouth.
