The fries are homemade and they are definitely generous. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger and it was big, with freshly cooked bacon. Unlike the fast food places you actually get a good size hamburger patty.

Wasn't enough fries. In store you get full of fries. For us to pay higher prices on these apps for delivery we should get the same amount of food not less

Did not add mustard to the burgers. We did not receive the Cajun fries at all.
Burners were not properly wrapped.
Good food is cancelled out by sloppy work. Isn't there any quality control or managerial oversight?

I paid for quicker delivery and yet it took almost an hour. I ordered a cheese, bacon, burger, and strawberry milkshake. The milkshake was totally dissolved in liquid. There was no thickness at all because it had been riding around a long time. The burger was not seasoned well at all. It was very bland and not fresh meat.
