fries are always plentiful along with Hot Burger. Recommend getting little hamburger unless you are really hungry.

Five Guys satisfies my cravings like nothing else. I have to have it once a month. The toppings are always fresh and the portions of meat are never lacking. Of the last 20+ times I've had Five Guys in the last year, I can confidently say that I've been satisfied with their service 99.9% of the time.

their Large Fries portion sizes have gone way down they used to load the bag pretty much but now its like the size of a McDonald's fry while being almost 3x the price.

They had my husband wait for 15 minutes past the order being ready and they ignored him the entire time he tried to get their attention for picking up. My burger was cold and terribly put together the cheese was clumped together not even half on the burger and my patties were in several pieces. Super disappointing for a $13 burger.

I've never had any complaints here because everything is usually very good but when you go in during the last half hour that they're open, apparently you get your mushrooms burnt to a crisp and all the edges of your burger also burnt. It was terrible. I will say it's the only time it's been like this cause it's usually good.
