Usually, Five Guys is a hit, but today, both my Patty Melt and my husband's cheeseburger were terrible. The patties were half the size of the buns, misshapen, and cold, but also somehow burnt. The burgers were sloppy and falling apart. The meal was inedible accepts for the fries. Extremely disappointing. Did you get new cooks?

Items were delivered with a bun although I specified for a lettuce wrap on both. Had to carefully scrape off toppings stuck to hot dog bun, or remove bread sticking on parts of the burger or on any melted cheese. Am on keto, so any bread consumed would've taken me out of ketosis. Otherwise, burger and hot dog were cooked to perfection, although the bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon.

First time ordering at this location. I think it's fairly new location and the staff was friendly. I ordered a bacon burger. Some items were missing from my burger like the bacon and sauces. Because of the missing items, I didn't enjoy the taste of this burger nor was it worth my money/time.
